Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–14 business days. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but due to the custom nature of our products, please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be completed and shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Total Control Cornhole (TCC) is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the cost of goods.
Order Issues & Claims
Once an order has been shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the package. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Total Control Cornhole (TCC) is not responsible for filing claims on behalf of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns are at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in unused and original condition unless otherwise approved.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Total Control Cornhole (TCC) is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
