1. Eligible Manufacturing Defects – Closing Seam Only

Refund or replacement requests are limited to verified manufacturing defects involving the closing seam only. If the closing seam fails due to a manufacturing or stitching defect, please contact us with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the affected area for review.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Total Control Cornhole LLC. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused during gameplay are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Refundable Damage

Snags, punctures, fabric tears, fraying, or other fabric damage that occurs after the bags have been used are not eligible for a refund or replacement. This includes damage resulting from normal gameplay, contact with playing surfaces, improper handling, or general wear and tear.

Damage to any seam other than the closing seam is not covered under this policy.

3. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund has been approved and issued, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or other financial institution. Total Control Cornhole LLC cannot control or guarantee the processing time for refunds after they have been issued.
